If it's only in the head, run.
If it's in the chest, don't run. I didn't look up the specifics on what you have, but I'd guess it's in the chest. I would take time off.

Don't be stupid.
Several years back, I tried to run having a fever and flu symptoms. I had recovered from an injury and wanted all the running I could get, totally bummed at getting sick, didn't want to stop. Didn't listen to the "little voice" that said this is a BAD idea.
I will NEVER attempt such a thing again. Could barely finish the run, then was sick for over a month... after which I developed a couple of sinus infections that threw out the winter and part of the spring.
Consider this a cautionary tale.
