It\'s not really the hills that are the big prob. at Boston, it is all the down hill running, then some brief ups followed by more down hills! When i ran it I was happy to be running up hills cause my quads were so beat to hell from the down hill running! Then on the way to the finish the little down hill sections made my quads cramp up like crazy! To add 2 min is not accurate, if you train for all the down hill running you might be able to subtract a few minutes or add 4 min if you haven\'t!
And who knows if he would have won, he didn\'t run it, what if Cheruiot ran London, would Hall have been sixth or fifth?
no Hall would not have one. Probably not even finished because the lion would have killed him.
