Just wondering if anyone knows anything about bloating, swelling, and weight gain after running a 50 miler!
I'm not sure if it's because I didn't have enough sodium during the run, drank too much, or a combination of both.
My hands and feet were white and swollen during the race (which was this past Saturday) and when I finished I noticed my arms, legs, face, and torso were too - and they still are today!
Should I take more sodium? Electrolytes? Water? Help! I feel like a dead beached whale!
