I've received two Junk e-mails from Puma the last 2 days. Has Letsrun.com sold our e-mail addresses?

What's Wejo's and Rojo's email adresses? My application is accepted on their front page (A11), but I never received an email from them, just Puma ads.Perhaps a great marketing scheme?

I assume you are just being a troll.
Puma does not have your email addresses and the only people we have emailed are the people who we accepted to the party.
If you got an email from Puma they have read this thread and are concerned so please feel free to email it to me.
And yes I did put a guy on the wrong list. As a result, he's coming to the party. That's probably the easiest way to make the cut, for me to screw up.
No, Wejo, I'm not being a troll. I have received two separate e-mails to my hotmail account advertising Puma gear and shoes. The one 1 opened this morning has been saved. I'll see if I can forward it to you. I don't open junk e-mails but this is a caption of it.

Wejo: Did you get the spam that I forwarded to you a few hours ago? You jumped on me quickly assuming that I'm a troll, but then you don't respond to the above, or the e-mail. If Puma got my e-mail from registering on your site, then I think others should know.
David
Is it too late to apply?
Bigfoot,
Not sure where your Puma spam came from, but I have never gotten spam from my letsrun registration, postings, or the pitiful few sentences I wrote to request an invitation to the party. I would also be surprised if it came from Puma.

I am not a mean guy and I don't look to point fingers. I was simply making a statement of fact. It very well may be a coincidence. However, it's a coincidence I think the Brojos need to at least think about.
what is the dress code for the party?
gentlemen, start your bidding...

wow, that's pretty funny.
4 bids? seriously?
If we aren't rich enough, good enough, fast enough, pretty enough or famous enough we didn't get invited. End of story.
ATTENTION LETSRUN WANNABES!
Were you unable to attend the exclusive Letrsun Boston '08 Party held at the swank Puma boutique on Newbury Street?
Worse yet, were you among the hundreds who applied for an invite only to suffer rejection at the hands of an Ivy League graduate with 5th grade spelling and grammar skills?
Dry your tears, because up for bid is is a coveted t-shirt from the party. The shirt is size medium, 100% cotton with the Puma Boston '08 design on the front. On the back is the curiously primitive letsrun.com yellow oval-shaped logo familiar to all internet-savvy competitive runners, be they teenage Alan Webb fanboys or slackers looking to decrease their workplace productivity. On the right shoulder are the initials "LRC" so you can literally show your allegiance to message-board flame wars on your sleeve.
I'm also including a Puma mouse pad, sticker, miniature shoe keychain, pen, and logo lapel pin. These items that came in the gift bag along with the shirt.
Bid early, bid often, bid with confidence. I ship only to US addresses.
i wouldn't be caught dead at some wussy letsjog party.
I will buy it. I will pay you $30 and an extra $10 for shipping. Let me know how to contact you.
Well done sir. Thank you for the best laugh of the day.

At the risk of satisfying a troll--ever hear of ebay? The sales pitch is a cut and paste from the item listing linked above under "gentlemen start your bidding." Good news, as I write this it's only going for $20 with $5 shipping, your offer trumps that. Go to town!
anyone else selling their gift bag
Is it too late to send im my essay for the party? I was working on it for about 2 weeks and then fell asleep. What about next years party, can I apply for early admission?
