I'm hoping to start being coached by someone. Summer is nearly here and I'm looking to focus on running some 1500's and 800's during June, July and August. I normally make up my own sessions but I don't really think I know what I'm doing when it comes to the middle distances.
Last summer I ran 2 03, 4 05, 15 30 and 31 55 (800/1500/5000/10000) and those are my PRs.
I'm 24 and willing to put in plenty of miles etc. Over the winter I averaged around the 70 mile mark. Please email me if you would like more info etc.
