Since January I have not dipped under 50 miles a week. The last two weeks before this one were the hardest weeks of training of my life, now i have this tired feeling in my legs and i have trouble finishing sessions. So after finishing two workouts mon-tues i made it through wednesdays easy run and took thursday off. Friday I couldn't finish my workout and am taking today and tommorrow off. Am i in trouble, my peak is 6 weeks out and this week was half of what my mileage has been for the last 3 months.
