alright i really want to sub 16:30 for the 5k by the fall, im around 16:50 at this point , from 40-50 mpw during summer, for anyone who has sub 16:30 can u give me a sample training program for me to get there, oh yeah and im 16 yrs old.

Keep doing what you are doing, but maybe just a little bit more or a little bit faster. It ain't rocket science, son. And maybe set your goal a little higher...why not sub 16:15? sub-16:00?
