Anybody have this problem or know how to address it? Sometimes I feel my patella kinda catching (not while I'm running) or I want to say "out of line" and I grab it and push it sideways towards my other leg and as I extend my leg there is a loud albeit painfree pop as if it's reset. My left leg has always had this "problem" but it hasn't really caused any issues while I run. Now, however, my right knee is popping too and suddenly the inside of my right knee is very sore.
