I've been a minimalist for about 6-7 weeks now and recently I've had some achilles pain. I now do almost all my running in Puma H streets with some in the Asics Hyperspeed IIs. The pain I've been having has been off and on for the past week but has forced me to take one day completely off and take a few days under 3 miles. I'm only running 35-45 miles per week right now because I'm trying to get used to running in my h streets.
I just wanted to know if new minimalist get this a lot or if I need to get it checked out.
