What Lydiard phase are you in and how is it going for you?
What is your goal race(s)?

In your mother's vagina.
In the absence of any real racing goals other than slowing the slowing process, I pretty much do the "race-week/non-race week" version, only with a lot more non-race weeks. Right now though, I'm just running and trying not to kill myself on the ice patches.
I'm doing base building right now. I'll be running some marathons in the spring but only as long training runs (I hope, if I can control myself). Its difficult to recruit anyone to do the long weekly run so if I can, I enter a local marathon and chalk that up as the long Sunday run. I use the iPod but it really helps to have people to run with too.
hilly 18 miler last night at 6:45 pace
with the last 3 miles uphill @ 6 minute pace
Olympic trials, although I do not have a qualifying race picked yet
Right now mainly just building a base (only 50-60 mpw) with some hill work like
8-10X200m 10% slope in 37-40
4-6X400m 10% slope in 85-90
and some snappy 200s in 26-27
Still in the base, along with the kids. Much depends on their racing schedule, but a decent 5k in May would be nice.
I am on a lydiard buildup. Will soon increasse the effort when I can handle the load.
To answer my own question, I have just entered the hill phase, after a base (short one I think) of 10/12 weeks of 53-to-85 miles per week, averaging 72 mpw.
One workout so far, yesterday, the longer steep hill of over 400m using exaggerated good form, higher knee lift etc.
