I've been pretty lazy in training my entire life...25-30 mile week is all the motivation I can muster...and I was wondering If i truly did have potential for any real good times.
Over the summer I ran for about 2 months average 35 mpw..didnt run in august...ran sparingly in Sept...then 30-40mpw in oct...took november off and the last 3 weeks have been 12,24,28. not 1 workout. just a few 4-6 miles with days off due to lazyiness, but this past weekend I ran a 450 mile (yea w/e). a 4 second PR...if i trained consistently and seriously, can I run decent?
I've only got 4 seasons of eligibility left...should i bother? or just run for recreational/health like ive seemingly been doing and focus on school?
