I have been running on some posterior tibial pain/tendonitis whatever u call it for the past two weeks, i can run but it bothers the f*** out of me, so i am going to finish up this week with mileage then take a two week break.
I remember reading about when nick willis was injured with a tibial stress fracture he worked with the michigan sprint coach to do some exercises that helped him increase his explosiveness, does anybody know what these are? During the break I want to do something.
