Step on the starting line. Gun goes off. You run for 26.2 miles. With those PRs you should have no problem. I'd kill for those PRs.

Your reply is is inconclusive. Kill what, a small cat? A child? A rapist? If you'd kill something of societal value its one thing, but say you killed a lizard with a rock, who cares?
As for the OP, Pfitz or Daniels will get you in the ballpark.

Long intervals...
Tempo Runs every other week...
based on your 10k time you should be able to run around 2:24 if you are still in similar shape.
If you are still in shape for those times, do your long run and do every other one with quality at the end. Long tempos and long aerobic intervals, and you will obliterate 2:30 if you pace smart. I broke 2:30 with a 33:30 10K a month out.
