Hello Letsrun.
As the title says, I have just started running again.
Years of injury and a lack of caring to do well caused me to just give up.
However, I am starting again, with high goals in mind.
I have just started again this week.
I am only averaging about 30 minutes a day easy, but I've got to start somewhere.
Even this is tough right now.
I have gained weight and have no aerobic capacity whatsoever.
Anyways, I am making a thread to track my progress. If you want to follow along, than great.
I plan on running for the local university this fall for cross country and continue on with track.
So I have eight months to prepare.
And so it begins, I guess.
a side note-today i did 30 minutes easy with my i-pod. (i know, i know, but right now it is not very much fun so i need to keep myself occupied)
Daily updates will be coming. If I can't find the time, than every other day or something.

like i said, injury has prevented me from doing well. I ran these times my Junior and Senior years of high school (when i had a very bad fatigue problem, dont know what)
daily runs have always been really tough. easy days are a strain, i just get so exhausted. so i am eating healthy now, getting sleep, and taking care of myself to end this.
