hey i really need help. Im recovering from a dramatic weight loss (minor anorexia) and my doctor will only let me run 20-30 minutes every day for the next couple of weeks until I get my weight back up. Now, I am a 15 year old elite female runner, hoping to qualify for Footlocker Nationals and I dont want to lose fitness over these two weeks. Can anyone give me a good training week schedule to follow for these two weeks while I try to gain weight? I was running 50-60 MPW before this, so I can handle some hard workouts, but I dont want to do too much speed and peak to early, yet I want to make sure my runs are fast enough and hard enough where I wont lose fitness for the two weeks until I can get my mileage back up. Can anyone give some recomendations for 30 min workouts? Do u you think I will lose fitness and how much is this hampering my fitness?
