The reference to the 3:45 marathoner at the end of the article completely destroyed the article's credibility. I will listen to what Paula has to say, but the last thing in article leaves a bad impression in my mind... why would I use tactics used by a 3:45 marathoner? Clearly she doesn't have the mind power to realize that she can probably run under 3 hours.
