Last year I had a stress fracture located on my fibula. I just started building my winter base and I noticed that all the muscles are really tight around the spot where the fracture was located. This isnt the first time it has hapened, but Im worried because it hasnt happened in a really long time. There is no pain really, it just feels wierd and tight. The feeling usually dose not occur when Im running, although it does sometimes. It happens when I rotate my ankle or when Im walking or sitting down at random points during the day. I was thinking it is because its been really cold out and Im starting to build my miles back up but Im not sure...Does anyone have any advice or has this happened to anyone befor?
