Terrible logic. Just because one person does something athletically amazing at any early age doesn't mean that every good adult athlete can do it.
Also, Harrison and Chad Johnson are elite receivers because of their skills. Their speed is important, but there are hundreds of guys in this country who are faster than them, so obviously that's not the deciding factor.
If you're arguing that any decent sprinter could be trained to run 1:51...well, that's an interesting argument. But I think it would be a lot more challenging than you make it out to be. Also, not many want to even try - take a look at how weak we are in the 8. No sprinter wants to run it.
