Here's the deal people. 22 years old male. I am going on my honeymoon in 7 months and I want to get lean (muscular with nice abs). Right now I'm 5'9 175lbs. I can bench around 175ish. I guess my main problem would be my abs. I'm not asking you guys what ab excercises to do. One thing I would like to know is what should be a goal weight for me? When I was running I would weigh about 145, but I never really did ab work so I still didnt have abs when I was that skinny. What do you think is more key to being lean and ripped: Eating the right foods or doing the right excercises? I know I need a combo of those two, but which is more important? I'm also going to get my butt running again(its been a couple years). I will probably just start by running about 10 miles a week and work myself up to 40 mpw in May. Any advice/success stories would be good to hear.
