I started swimming ~60 minutes 3-4 times per week in conjunction with my 50 mile weeks, it feels good to do something else. what other activities are compatible with serious running?

hi joseph
Running is always the best choice. Other things use muscles you don't need. Just run more, thats my advice.
I have built up some enormous and toned GIAN biceps by patting myself on the back all day.
Sorry, typo. It should read GIANT. I have a difficult time typing and patting myself on the back at the same time. Although I do type over 60wpm and find the time to spread my knowledge on the board as I wait for programs to load and copy. Yes, I AM WORKING.
Did I mention that I have GIANT biceps?
My exercise schedule?
Running 9 hours/week
Sex - most of the remaining leisure time.
i will agree that sex is great exercise, just make sure you actually do the work
running- 45-120 minutes daily, 50-90 miles weekly
weights- 15 minutes M-F
sex- 30-60 minutes 3-4 times weekly
skateboard park- 1-2 hours weekly
weights 4 X weekly, pool running 1-2 week and elliptical 1-2 week. Like Willy I too have huge biceps from yanking my flagpole all day while I pretend to work.
