I was doing my normal route today around four miles... I was wearing the same attire and running at the same pace as usual. However today I was sweating bullets. Why did I sweat more so today when all the conditions were the same? Weather, my clothes, my pace, the duration of the run.
I realize its not a life threatening thing, but i was just wondering. Just curious, cause you never know, this could always turn out to be something else.
