Colin Harris did not win, as expected.
Inman - USF 25:21
Ahmed - UP
Delaurenti - SC
Quackenbush - UP
???? (probably LMU?)
Betterbed - UP
Edick - UP 25:31 (freshman of the year)
...
13th Foster - UP 25:49
?? Litzenberg - GU
18th Gill - UP 26:12
24th Cosby - UP
UP 32
LMU ~55
Dana Morgan (UP) broke away from Laura Mickelson in the last mile to win and break Mickelson's course record by 45 SECONDS. Mickelson got 50th at NCAA's last year. Portland wins. Sifrash Ademe (UP) 3rd, Krishnek (UP) 5th or 6th, Patillo (UP) 9th. Freshman of the Year goes to the girl from LMU, 4th or 5th or so.
Looks like the conference is getting better.
Inman was apparently behind Edick with 800 to go, baller kick!
I heard that Colin Harris is sitting today to save his legs for regionals
Dana Morgan from Portland is the next Michelle Sikes. She is going to be that good (only a sophomore right now).

Reliable source tells me she's been running 3-4 days a week the whole season (20-30 mpw), battling an injury. In high school she was first team all-state in soccer and rarely (if ever) ran with the xc team, really only running the races. Won state off of that (Idaho, biggest division?). Huge talent, one of the best raw talents in the nation. Some big-time schools really messed up not trying harder to land her.
Yep--I have the same source--you are correct. And Dana Morgan is from Idaho and born at altitude. If UP figures out Dana's biomechanic issues and keeps her healthy, look out for that kid is all I'm sayin'.
Dana Morgan has 'got it.'
Morgan puts 24 seconds on Mickelson in the last mile. Wow.
20:32 is a seriously dog-nasty women's 6K time on THAT course. Wowzers.
Colin Harris could run faster than 20:32 if he weren't held out for regionals

She was only interested in a really good academic school that was regionally close to her home and family. That is UP. End of discussion.
I thought I beat litzenberger? that was the only bright spot of the day for me... aside from go-carts.
New York Grand Prix 1500 - Wightman wins, Holt beats Kessler
Why is Parker Valby so unconcerned about Olympic standards and rankings?
Ingebrigtsen wins in 13:20, Mills 2nd in 13:21, Nordas a disappointing 13:26 nowhere near medals
TFN declares ETH's 10.54 as the new 100m women's world record
Valby is the most EXPRESSIVE runner of all time and it's not even close
