Any suggestions on where to go. I was going to run a 20 miler and looking for something somewhat flat and on a trail. I live in Colorado Springs and would like to try a new run. Thanks.

Also, there is Waterton Canyon - with some running through Chatfield Res.
Or 2 laps around Barr Lake near DIA, but I think that the Barr Lake loop is only low 9ish.
How do you get to Highline Canal? Where do you recommend starting. Thanks.
bump
The 0.0 mile marker is @ Julie DeKoevend (sp?) park on the west side of S. University Rd. just north of Arapahoe Rd. (in Englewood). You can go north or south for miles in either direction, though I believe north is better. The path is marked every half mile. If you are coming north on I-25, take C-470 west to University. Exit north and proceed for a few miles across Arapahoe for another mile or so and the park and rec center will be on your left.
The soft, dirt part of the trail is not in Denver, but pretty much south of there. It is all flat.
If you start at the 0.0 mile, is it a dirt path?
Is that the same Arapahoe Rd. that runs through Boulder?
