Community Colleges of Spokane with out a doubt
Seriously everyone stop listing your crappy colleges just because you go there. Honestly to the OP look at the teams that won last year or are top contenders every year and then look at how many have foreign last names on their teams and then contact that coach. Everyone here is just listing the school they go to because we live in a narcissistic society that believes that whatever school or place they live at is the best. Trust me its intuned in our bodies during developement.
I would say this, rend lake won last year and has several years in the past, and look good this year. Central Az has a ton of foreign athletes and won the year before and pretty much dominate the track. Also south plains has a boatload of foreigners and they tied last year with Central Arizona in outdoor track and they can usually put together a good team. I think salley kipyego, the current force in the NCAA div I went there.
I recommend not really listening to anyone on these boards and waiting till next weekend to see the results of this years NJCAA nationals and look up past results. They usually dont lie. Also btw california JUCO schools SUCK! I've looked at past results and they are absoultely horrible. I would over look that state if I were you.

If he won the state 10K in the mid-1980s at age 22 he would not be close to 50. Stop bullshitting.
Actually he won it (the state meet in the 10k) in his mid-thirties I believe. Because Junior Colleges don't have a limit on the age you can compete and because their rules are different as far as eligibility Dave Parsel was able to run track.
I second the Spokane vote. Look up Willamette Invite results this year. Div I race. And that was a month ago. 8th man at 26:10, four under 25:12, 2 under 24:41. Pretty good for CC/JC.

They also won the Sundodger small college race 2 weeks before that.

Yeah I'm a homer, but since they can't participate in the Juco championship, somebody has to get the word out to people outside of the NW. The most they have scored in a invite outside of Sundodger and Willamette is 15, 16 and 21 points. I'd put them up against Rend.
