Plan A.
You should not need a full time job. First you should try to negotiate annual contracts w/ 2 top A or B club teams in two different countries. Start with the richest EU countries and work your way down. From there you need a coach to get you faster because any notable improvement will bring exponential returns in income. Race in the highest prize money circuit possible until you manage either 145/336. Consider also pace setting. If times get rough you can always sell your services to a training group focused on developing another athlete.
Plan B.
Of course the other route is to contact US universities, where you run professionally as a student. Most university coaches are more manager (or ringmaster) than coach, so you'll likely be needing to make training decisions on your own for optimal result.
