I got sick and didn't have any appetite for about a day. Now I'm fine and have been for about 2 days, but I still don't have much of an appetite. I'm not running right now so I'm not burning a ton of calories but I'm not a total couch potato either. Today I had only eaten about 700 calories by dinner time and I wasn't hungry. I ate just cause I thought I should and now I feel sick from eating too much. What's the deal?
If I don't eat much at all for a week, will it lower my metabolism? That's really the only reason why I've been eating much at all.
