I seem to have worked through Plantar Fasciitis in my foot by training through it combined with a good stretching regiment.
I also Have a case of Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. I'm wondering If I should train through this? The marathon is 17days away I could probably take a week off to let it heal before the race without it affecting me that much but I would rather taper. Should I continue to taper or stop to heal? Thanks for the help :-)
