I live in a place where most of the good trails are really hilly and its at altitude. My question is, is it ok or bad to run an easy recovery type day on a hilly course as long as I go easy. My thinking is that I am giving my legs a break by going slow, but I am also getting in a decent run. I did this the other day and felt amazing the next day for my medium paced distance day. I am just wondering if this is the tyoe of thing that feels good for a little while then like 3 weeks later I get hit by exhaustion or something. Let me know what you guys think.
