I've come to a crossroads. After putting in a solid summer in which I built to 100, I feel a little rundown now. I spent September at 90 to get my legs a little fresher, but they did not respond at all for my first big race of the year; my quads have been really heavy and I no snap in my legs. I felt like I had snap in them this summer. I plan to take a few days off to get my legs back under me. Are there any other ways to get out of this rut quickly?
