Lomong and NAU win
Lomong and NAU win
NAU look to have great team this year. lomong should win it all
why was this year alot weaker. this used to be the meet to go to.
all these other meets have sprung up. dellinger being the main one. there also a new meet in louisville this weekend. plus the old ones - paul short, jamboree etc.
NAU will be top 4 in ncaas for sure
mcniell in 2nd as a frosh = nice

the comp there was weak. there is no way NAU is a top 4 team. 25:40something for their #5?
look at it this way, if Jan Foerster ran for UVA their team score would be at least 40 points lower, which would have put them in contention for the win. Are they a top 4 team? I think not.
but anyway, who is that freshman for NAU? that is impressive
does NAU have a better 5 guy that didnt race?
can lomong really compete with the elite 10k guys?
UVA are looking solid

Well, he was 4th last year, beating people like Galen Rupp and Josh McDougal, so yes.

i am glad that this weekend has more variety than it did the past few years. a lot of good meets and the top teams are spread out all over the place. Ok. State Jam, Paul Short, Oregon, Stanford, Minnesota, ND, Loyola, Auburn, Louisville, W&M, Penn State. Now if this can carry over to Pre-Ncaa's weekend our sport would be better off!

NAU held out their 3-4 runner, Cardenas. They are good!
don't forget the conditions in MN were not that great, the course was soft as it was pretty windy and griak is hilly to begin with
