anyone else look lean normally, but then AFTER a run, look more soft and doughy?
I've always been like this. It's like running relaxes my whole body, including my muscle tone.
Now the exception is my legs, they look ripped as usual. But my upper body goes all pudgy..it's bizarre.
I'm talking I normally have a fairly visible six pack, then I come home after an hour steady run, rip off the shirt, and...no muscle definition. Couple hours later, back to normal.
anyone else?
