The only thing I can think of is that he was well in back in no-man's land, and passed out from heat exhaustion/dehydration (remember, it's still hot as hell in south fl) and fell into the water uncouncious. That's the only explanation I can come up with. Very sad, though.

Wow. I run this park and area a lot and really do not understand how this can happen. Did he slip in the water and not know how to swim? Wouldn't someone have seen or heard him?
