I have two questions.
First, does anyone on the board take one day out of the week in which you run a rediculously slow pace for more than an hour? I'm not talking about your long run, but a run in which you jog 1-2minutes slower than your Epace. I just read that the Japanese do it, and I have read many times that the Africans do it also. I am wondering if this will improve my fitness, or my recovery level?
Next question, I am wondering if I should transfer a 40min Tpace workout into a longer Mpace workout? Daniels says its ok to switch paces once in a while, but should I turn the 40min run into an 1hour run?
