I would like to see how many letsrunners think certain things affect performance. I will post the activity in question with a corresponding number and posters may say whether they believe it HELPS performance, DOESN'T HELP, or HURTS and then rate how much it helps or hurts on a scale of 1 to 10. If you say DOESN'T HELP then you don't have to put it on a scale of 1 to 10. Here are the activities that have been posed as performance-boosters:
1. Vegatarianism/veganism
2. Plyometrics
3. Barefoot running/minimalism
4. Strength training/weights
5. Striders
