Interesting - thanks for posting. No matter which way you look at it, Lagat has to be one of the favorites. He's run sub 13, he's got gold medal 1500 speed, AND he has the experience to handle the pressure.
But of course nothing is certain, should be a great race to watch. Looking for Teg to put in a good showing too, though, I don't know what to think about Goucher. I remember the days when he was superhuman and totally invincible... would love to see that again!!
Wow how did Lagat shrink that much? 10-1 is freaking tall but now hes only 5-2? Stands no chance against a kenyan thats over 2 feet taller than him!
lagat stands no chance?if its slow he has the finish and even if its sub 13 which aint gona happen he will still be close.hope teg runs well 2 but he will have to take it on at some stage to get the best position possible.
yehh lagat was 10-1 man,few friends have nice few pound on him so hope he wins.also height doesn't mean anything ina 5k,haile geb ring a bell?
teg is 33-1,goucher 150-1 mo is 66-1,cherkos 10-1(don't know much about him)anyone?
kipsiro and ballani 33-1
limo and barios 40-1
espana 66-1
abdale and kiboro 150-1
u get 1/5 the odds 1-2-3
Goucher has 150-1 odds???
I hate to say it, but even if they rolled the dice on that race 1000 times, Goucher what not win once.
Can you lay the odds? I would lay my life savings against Goucher.
$300,000 to win $2000 sounds like easy money.
try betfair. but I doubt there will be anyone their to take your 300000
Haha, I said their
