Greetings fellow Masters from a hot and humid wave friendly outer banks.
A special thanks to Skin and MF for sitting in for me the past few weeks.
Started a cross training program that included running and swimming, its led to a shedding of a few pounds and I feel like its a start though I have a long way to go. I dont think I will ever feel like a real "swimmer" but it certainly helps. Hope everyone is ready for the change of season that is on its way along with a new school year and hopefully cooler temps. Will this be the season for the Redskins ?
