For all of you who ran for your college team while completing a rigorous grad/professional school program, I just have a few questions (answer as many as you like!)
1.)what types of type management strategies did you employ?
2.)Did you have to cut back on certain training components by reducing mileage, time in the weight room, etc.?
3.)Were you still able to improve?
4.)Was your coach more flexible about letting you do workouts at certain times, considering your schedule was a lot harder than the typical undergrad?
5.)Also, for what type of school did you compete (i.e., was it a big D-1 school OR a smaller private D-3 school?)
