Didn't Bill Rogers used to do;1x 1 mile, jog a lap, 4x 400 m/400 m jog, 1x 1 mile?Pace for mile 5 km - 10 km, pace for 400 m @ 1 mile pace.We were doing that every Wed. at Vic. High, June - Aug. Then next day, Thurs., we would run a hard 6 miles on the roads.
