Watching the videos of the mile (link on home page), Riley just exploded with 250 meters to go. It's too bad he's not going to World's because he is obviously in great shape. His 13:19 PR in Heusden, followed by a 3:57 - not too shabby. I heard he closed in 56 in that 13:19 race. Obviously with a better controlled pace, he could probably dip under 13:15.
