My quads have been feeling fatigued for the last 2-3 weeks and just walking around during the day makes them even more tired. Additionally, I've been waking up in the middle of the night. I assume I'm slightly overtrained. I'm wondering how I should go about recovering from this. Should I not run at all over the next few days? or should I should I just jog a slow 2 miles to see how I feel until i have recovered.
