lets say that is 30 minutes swimming + 90 minutes cycling + 56 minutes running with 4 minutes changing.
Not exactly a sub 4 hour marathon if you talk pure running conditioning. But in general conditioning it comes close to the sub 2 half marathon.It could well be equivalent to a 2 hour half marathon. So about 4 hours 25 for the marathon.
It's a start(you wont be totally last: that is 3 hours 10 - 15, but don't expect to be in the big pack like running. Actually an Olympic triathlon is very competive). 2 hours 20 is what i consider in the game then you are with the big pack. A couple of minutes could mean a lot of places then.
2 hours 20 is well reachable:
-> 70 minutes for 40 km cycling
-> 24 minutes for 1500 meter swimming
-> 45 minutes for 10 km of running
To be very competitive as a woman(fighting for medal places on regional level) you should reach 2 hours 10.
->65 minutes cycling
->20 minutes swimming
->45 minutes running.
Anyway i don't ever mean to discourage you as finishing a quarter is already showing your fit. Its much harder then a 5 kilometer run.
