I doubt that it's any more of a problem up here than it is anywhere else in the world. I certainly don't see much evidence of it day-to-day.

I knew those Canadians were up to no good the first time I met them. Sure they were all like, eh and beer and nationalized health care and "bi-lingual" and hockey and cold and stuff like that, but you could just tell that there was somehting evil lurking about them behind closed doors.
