Anyone experience this? - I can run for 3 to 4 miles before I experience any pain, then slowly it feels like a mini rubber ball develops in the ball of my foot. And it does not feel good running with a mini rubber ball in your shoe. I also experience some numbness in the foot. As soon as I stop running, the pain goes away. I would like to be able to do some long runs, but I can't go any further than 5 miles without pain. Suggestions?
