I need to replace the Spencos on my orthotics. If anyone has done it before, what sort of adhesive did you use? Was thinking maybe rubber cement. Just want to make sure I'm using an adhesive that won't break down quickly.

Sorry, just got back to my hotel room and am now better able to access the internet. Spray 90 is what you typically use to bond footbed material to orthoses. Barge cement works as well, and is probably something that you can find locally at a hardware store (and is more economical to purchase as it comes in small tubes as well as larger brush on cans). Alimed carries the Spray 90 ( a 3M product) but they no longer carry Barge cement. Whatever you do, make sure that you clean both surfaces to be bonded well so that the adhesive will hold. Do not use super glue; you need an adhesive that has a degree of flex to it and super glues are too brittle in that regard.
