4x600[m], 90[s] rest. he went 86,85,83,83. so between a little over 57[s] pace and a little over 55[s] pace.
so what is this 4 600s at his 1200m race pace? anyone have any thoughts on this workout?
hopefully once fall rolls around we will see some more teaam workouts from flocasts. like some team doing hill work (actually think we had byu women here) or something like the michigan michigan workout.
