almost everytime i run my akiles tendon tightens up and because of that my whole calf starts to tighten and then after about 30 minutes of running my foot falls asleep for the rest of the run, also this might be unrelated but on the same leg the outside of my knee where my ITband is its really tight and its painful to strech. if anybody could give me advice on what to do or even tell me what the hell is wrong with me that would help me a ton.
