i hurt my groin yesterday to the point where i definitely cant run, and ive read posts from many people who say that groin strains etc often need multiple weeks off. im less than 3 weeks away from my first college training camp and i dont want to lose any fitness at all. is there any method of cross training that could get me a decent cardio workout without aggravating my groin at all? i cant pool run or bike b/c it hurts when i raise my leg
