8x500's w/2min.
I'm really focusing on the 800/15/mile distance so I'm going to be keeping them fast. 8 reps is a little much. I'm trying to do around 3-4k, 4k on the upper end of that.
This is more speed based than endurance based, got most of that in already. If I get 2/3 of the way in or so and I'm feeling really good, I'll double the distance and try to hit the same pace.
