Ok, ran 600 in 1:33 with 1 min rest,
400 in 60 with 45 sec rest,
4x200 in 29 with 30 sec rest, 2 min rest end of set
400 in 62 with 1 min rest,
600 in 1:35
I was about to puke after the 200's and nearly passed out after the last 400 and the last 600.
so this is the thing, it was super warm out, at least 85 when I ran the workout, and that warm in the evening. I didn't talk to anyone on the track, didn't come closer than 20ft to anyone that day. The next day I wake up sicker than shyt. I mean, I was so dam sick its like I caught the flu and had it for a week.
I had a fever, a soar throat, swollen neck, and aches all over my body, all within 18 hours of doing this workout. Anybody else ever experience this? I can understand the workout being hard and wearing me out, but to get that sick that soon really bothers me.
