here's the deal. i'm a guy with pretty decent talent but for the past several years i haven't been able to stay healthy. everytime i start to get into shape i crash and burn. i've had iron problems and i've taken care of that but i get to the point where it just feels like my body can't go on. i know what it's like to be super sore and super tired but this is a feeling like there's just nothing left to give, like there's no gas in the tank.
i sometimes wonder if i'm getting rest when i sleep or if after having mono i developed some sort of chronic fatigue. I do have a really tough time getting on a good sleeping schedule and for me one day of not getting to bed on time or sleeping in or taking a nap during the day will totally ruin me. i can't just bounce back the next day and get on schedule.
does anyone have experience with this or have any ideas what my problem may be.
